6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is processed incorrectly due to a technical error, 11bet reserves the right to correct or cancel it.

6.2 Result Determination

Sports betting results are determined based on reliable sources. In the event of any discrepancy in live scores or broadcasts, the official result will be considered final.

6.3 Suspicious Activity

If match fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other misconduct is suspected, the relevant bet may be cancelled and the account suspended. 11bet is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a server outage, network issue, or game software fault, that round will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.
